Please complete the form below to pay your annual membership dues. The $80 membership fee plus $6.64 sales tax are required for all members. In addition, there is an $80 annual assessment fee. If you have completed your volunteer hours, you may select “No” for the assessment fee and upload a photo of your signed volunteer hours card instead. Your total will be calculated automatically based on your selections. Once complete, you can securely pay the total online.
